We use your information to provide the VolEdge platform, process payments, send transactional emails (alerts, usage warnings, billing notifications), and improve our product. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed API keys, and secure payment processing through Stripe. Your trading data and watchlist preferences are stored securely and accessible only to you.
We use the following third-party services: Stripe for payment processing, Polygon.io and Financial Modeling Prep for market data, Resend for transactional email, PostHog for product analytics, and Sentry for error monitoring. Each service has its own privacy policy governing data they process.
We use PostHog to collect anonymized usage data such as page views, feature usage, and session duration. This helps us understand how the product is used and identify areas for improvement.
