We use your information to provide the VolEdge platform, process payments, send transactional emails (alerts, usage warnings, billing notifications), and improve our product. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed API keys, and secure payment processing through Stripe. Your trading data and watchlist preferences are stored securely and accessible only to you.
We use the following third-party services: Stripe for payment processing, Polygon.io and Financial Modeling Prep for market data, and Resend for transactional email. Each service has its own privacy policy governing data they process.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use analytics cookies to understand how our service is used. You can control cookie settings through your browser.
